Quick Checklist (Bring to the Airport)
Required Documentation & Gear (must bring)
- Physical ID Card (animal + handler identification).
- Recognition Gear: Service Animal vest, bandana, or harness.
- Advance Notice to Flydubai for any Service Animal or PSA.
- Vaccination Records including valid rabies certificate.
- Microchip ISO-compliant and matching all documentation.
- Veterinary Health Certificate within required timeframe.
Preferred Documentation (greatly facilitates acceptance and pre-clearance)
- Registration Certificate (our approved registry is accepted by all airlines).
- Prescription Letter for PSA or Service Animal from a licensed medical professional.
- Behavior Certificate confirming stable, public-safe temperament.
Steps to Take (in Order)
- After booking, contact Flydubai to notify them of your Service Animal.
- Send required documents for review prior to travel.
- Verify all destination-specific health requirements.
- Bring printed and digital copies of all paperwork.
Route Limitations (Service Dogs)
- Flydubai accepts trained Service Dogs on select international routes.
- PSAs may be allowed based on documentation and destination rules.
- ESAs are not accepted for cabin travel.
- Strict entry rules apply when traveling to the EU, UK, U.S., Australia, and Singapore.
