Quick Checklist (Bring to the Airport)

Required Documentation & Gear (must bring)

  • Physical ID Card (animal + handler identification).
  • Recognition Gear: Service Animal vest, bandana, or harness.
  • Advance Notice to Flydubai for any Service Animal or PSA.
  • Vaccination Records including valid rabies certificate.
  • Microchip ISO-compliant and matching all documentation.
  • Veterinary Health Certificate within required timeframe.

Preferred Documentation (greatly facilitates acceptance and pre-clearance)

  • Registration Certificate (our approved registry is accepted by all airlines).
  • Prescription Letter for PSA or Service Animal from a licensed medical professional.
  • Behavior Certificate confirming stable, public-safe temperament.

Steps to Take (in Order)

  • After booking, contact Flydubai to notify them of your Service Animal.
  • Send required documents for review prior to travel.
  • Verify all destination-specific health requirements.
  • Bring printed and digital copies of all paperwork.

Route Limitations (Service Dogs)

  • Flydubai accepts trained Service Dogs on select international routes.
  • PSAs may be allowed based on documentation and destination rules.
  • ESAs are not accepted for cabin travel.
  • Strict entry rules apply when traveling to the EU, UK, U.S., Australia, and Singapore.
