- Physical ID Card (animal + handler identification).
- Recognition Gear: Service Dog vest, bandana, or harness.
- El Al Service Dog Request (must be submitted before travel).
- Veterinary Health Certificate confirming fitness for travel.
- Rabies Vaccination Certificate meeting Israel entry requirements.
- Microchip (ISO-compliant) matching all documents.
- Import Permit may be required for entry into Israel.
Preferred Documentation (greatly facilitates acceptance and pre-clearance)
- Registration Certificate (our approved registry is accepted by all airlines).
- Prescription Letter confirming PSA or Service Dog status.

Steps to Take (in Order)
- Submit the El Al Service Dog Request Form after booking.

Route Limitations (Assistance Animals)
- El Al accepts trained Service Dogs and PSAs on most international routes.
- ESAs are not accepted under any circumstances.
