🇬🇧 United Kingdom’s Laws & Regulations for Assistance Animals are as follows:
Acceptance
Always carry your Physical ID Card, Recognition Gear, Registration Certificate, and Behavior Certificate. These ensure smooth acceptance across the United Kingdom.
Housing
The UK does not enforce a universal rule requiring landlords to accept assistance animals; however, disability accommodation laws often support acceptance. Service Animals and PSAs are widely recognized and accepted with documentation. ESAs frequently require a prescription letter and registration proof, and landlords may impose limitations.
Air Travel
UK airports (London Heathrow, Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham) follow UK Civil Aviation Authority rules. Service Animals and PSAs are accepted in-cabin when properly documented. ESAs are accepted with conditions depending on the airline — many require classification as a PSA or Service Animal due to UK import rules.
Our registry is approved by all airlines — carrying your ID card and recognition gear ensures fast approval at all UK airports.
Public Access
The UK has strong public-access protections for assistance animals. Service Animals and PSAs are accepted in public transport, shops, hotels, restaurants, taxis, rail services, ferries, hospitals, and government buildings when properly identified. ESAs have no guaranteed access rights but may be accepted with documentation.

- ESAs: accepted with restrictions depending on venue or provider.
